Lord Jesus, I thank you with all my heart for having come into my heart. I adore you, I praise you, I thank you, I love you. Thank you for giving yourself to me. Now I give myself to you- every part of my body that it may always love you and live for you.

I am all yours and all that I possess I offer you to my loveable Jesus through Mary your most holy Mother.
